Saiu a nova edição do livro "The Awakening" um clássico da literatura americana. Sob a direção de arte de Nancy Bernardo e Christopher Kurts, catorze artistas de colagem internacionais colaboraram para ilustrar o livro. Trabalhando em grupo, as artistas analisaram a história, discutiram temas, revelaram símbolos e fizeram perguntas para interpretar visualmente esse texto feminista seminal para um público do século XXI. Ilustrations for the new edition of the book “The Awakening” from writer Kate Chopin

The new edition of the book "The Awakening" is out, a classic of American literature. Under the art direction of Nancy Bernardo and Christopher Kurts, fourteen international collage artists collaborated to illustrate the book. Working as a group, the artists analyzed the story, discussed themes, revealed symbols and asked questions to visually interpret this seminal feminist text for a 21st century audience.
